SignatureCare Emergency Center - Emergency Room

Brought my 17-year-old here to get tested for covid as she had all the symptoms. There was no one in the waiting area ahead of us except a couple. Check in with smooth, the medical assistant was very courteous. We got to the back in about 20, maybe 30 minutes. Everyone was very polite and professional. Service was speedy. They did keep us there the entire 40 minutes to wait for the results, which thankfully came out negative for COVID and strep. But it was a good experience overall. First time at this location, previously went to the one on Westheimer which had good service as well. These places are okay with me

The care i received while at Signature care (mission bend) was magnificent. The medical team was great and prompt. When i i first came in i had a warm greeting with the front desk registration clerk her name was Ms. Denisse she helped me check in and made it a smooth process. i had Dr. Wang as a physician who explained everything thoroughly in a way that i understood and a great attitude . I had Ms. Teresa as my nurse she is super sweet and makes an amazing nurse with the care she provides. Seth was the ER tech that gave me a warm greeting as he checked my vs. i really appreciate the care that was given to help me get better!! Thank you guys!!!

Amazing staff! Dr. Wang, Nurse Teresa and the radiology tech David all made me feel like I was their only patient! My favorite thing about Signature Care is that they strive to find the issue and in a timely manner! They don't keep you all day and treat every issue as if it is important! I love coming here and will continue!

I had a great experience! I was very nervous as I came into the clinic today but after leaving I feel very relieved and happy to have answers. Dr. Nguyen, Molly, and Teresa did a great job taking care of me and helping me calm down while getting blood work and test done. I will definitely be recommending this clinic to my family and friends.

This is my 4th visit here. The staff is amazing. My nurse Teresa was so pleasant. She made me feel at ease. My tech Diana was very knowledgeable a very sweet person. My tech Molly was very nice. She help me during a CT scan and was patient with me and my pain. Dr. Thomas also was very nice and knowledgeable. She too made me feel at ease. Jasmine was very welcoming and polite. I appreciate all that these woman do. Their the best!!
