  Friendly and patient staff and vet. I really appreciated the doctor taking time to explain lab results and answering my questions. Everyone seemed to love animals and enjoy working with them. It took a while before anyone greeted us so maybe a sign in would be helpful. Once we were greeted we saw that they were very friendly. Also there was a long wait time once we were put into a room even though there were no other patients at the time I arrived and I was early.

  Circle B has taken such good care of my cat with congestive heart failure. They always ask how he is doing when I go to pick up medications or call. I've seen almost all of the Dr.'s and each one has been so amazing at making not only my cat Huck feel comfortable during his visit, but also making sure I am as well. All the staff is amazing as well. Highly recommend them.

  We LOVE Circle B! We've been with them for a little over a year now. After moving to a new area and being with our old Vet for almost 15 years, Circle B welcomed us into their family! Quickly settling in with our three fur babies, two of which were seniors! They very quickly earned our trust in caring for our fur babies. They were friendly, compassionate and just awesome with each one of them. Addressing each of our babies needs was important to us. We quickly grew to love Dr. David and ALL of his amazing staff! As we said, you feel like family and you're treated like family. Highly recommend Circle B! Van & Diane Melroe

  We cannot thank you enough for your compassion and patience yesterday as we let Ti go. It was a great comfort that you were on this journey with us. We knew it was time, perhaps overtime, to let her go. Your exam, confirmation, explanation, kindness, patience in answering our questions was so appreciated. I asked the same questions five times, and without exception, you were there for us. We considered taking her to urgent care over the Memorial Day holiday but could not even bear the thought of her not being with you guys - and us. We cannot adequately express our appreciation for your willingness to discuss treatment options with us two years ago rather than just telling us that she needed to be put down. You and Dr. Molly were on it - researching, contacting your colleagues, pursuing cutting edge information about her condition and treatment. That is / was above and beyond - but that’s who you guys are.
  
  She’s had a wonderful 2-1/2 years of really good quality life thanks to your research, treatment, recommendations, and care. As for us, we were a part of her treatment team and planning . . .never told what to do or when to do it . Direct, honest, kind, collaborative, caring. We love you guys.
