  Fabulously nice waiting area. Separate play area complete with kids toys and kids tv. Free coffee, tablet access, seating, wifi.
  
  Just came in for state inspection. When I returned due to car overheating, I was given a quote of $2,000 to replace radiator and thermostat. Firestone was $600 cheaper. Guy up the road was $1,500 cheaper.

  Needed to get my state inspection done and decided to give Louetta Automotive a try for the first time (I've been driving past this place for a few years on my commutes). They went ahead and ran a maintenance inspection for free while it was in the garage. Terrence came out with my cabin air filter (which I just replaced a couple of months ago) and a tray with a dab of the various fluids and some test strips. I do my own maintenance on my car regularly so I'm familiar with when certain fluids were changed, and based on my experiences with other shops, I was prepared for claims about all my fluids being bad to do unnecessary work... but that's not what happened. Everything Terrence stated was pretty spot-on with the condition of my fluids and that my cabin filter was in good shape. I did learn that my coolant fluid was getting a tad low and slightly contaminated, so I now know that I need to take care of it soon. Overall, based on my experience today with their honesty, I'll definitely be going back. Oh, and the waiting room is very nice, and they have a separate play area for parents with kids.

  Terrence was fabulous!!! He and his staff took care of my car quickly and with awesome customer service!!!! Will definitely come back for any of my vehicles needs!

  Great service from a man named David Cherry today. Very kind and helpful. Fast service. He even found a coupon for me. Very clean waiting area, with a lovely children play area. They even drop you home if you live locally. 5 starts for great service!
