(December 11, 2018, 3:41 pm)Extremely welcoming and friendly. We've had bad experiences at neighboring postal stores because we drop off pre-paid packages for shipping often. We've been turned away other places for having "over 3 prepaid packages" as they don't want to deal with several packages that they don't earn profit on (USPS). The team at Cardiff Postal has always been welcoming and kind even though they don't always benefit financially from our prepaid packages. They go out of their way to help regardless of the situation. It's refreshing to meet other small business owners who want to help one another succeed. We're very appreciative of their support for our growing e-commerce business and recommend them to anyone looking for a shipping partner that cares.

It’s the only postal place I’ve been to where I always get treated and greeted very nicely by the lady that works there and also a guy that was working there recently when I went there. Every other postal place I’ve been to especially in Katy and in old Fulshear town I have gotten nothing but rudeness and attitude.
