  Great place. Burgers and sides are delicious, and a wonderful outdoor play area. Heaters for outside when its cool and just a good spot for families.
  
  Having visited most of the locations throughout Texas this Hat Creek has ample parking, a medium sized play area and plenty of seating.

  Pretty good burgers; they also have a pretty mean heater setup for the 2 months that it might get a bit chilly. Very hot outside during the summer; bring sunscreen for the kids as the playground is not covered. The playground area is excellent and adjacent to the dining area so it's easy to keep an eye on your kids.

  We really like this place. It's great for the kiddos and has a great play area. The burgers were good as was the milk shake. We went twice already within two weeks. I like that they have a separate mixer for the peanut butter shakes too.

  Our first visit was a good one. Friendly staff that helped us order. Burgers remind me of one of my favorite places in Austin that I miss very much. Help yourself drinks, napkins and Ketchup.
  Dine inside or outside. Has nice playground for kids in easy view. Only thing it’s not covered, it’s outdoors in the sun. Also has a drive- thru I tried on second visit and was slow. Tried a chocolate shake which I didn’t care for. Made with vanilla ice cream and chocolate syrup I think. Wasn’t mixed well and extremely sweet. Loved the fries slightly seasoned.
  My dine- in order did not take long. Saw they have a breakfast which I want to try. Prices reasonable. Big parking lot.

  Food: Lots of great options for kids and adults. Typical burger options as well as sweet potato fries. I heard the burgers were great and the Berry Salad was delicious.
  
  Cleanliness: I don't know how they keep it so clean with so many kids, but this place was really clean. They were constantly cleaning.
  
  Staff: They were amazing. Always looking out for the kids and parents. Watching over the playground. Trying to deliver food if you couldn't get to it. They over deliver.
  
  Speed of Service: It took a little while to order because they only had 1 cashier when I was there but there were so many people at tables that it worked out that tables opened up by the time I ordered. The food was quickly made. Very prompt and was presented well.
  
  Overall: Very good first impression. They had food for everyone, the kids had fun, and they left exhausted. A+ experience.
