I’ve had a great experience with Robert at Flooring World twice now. Both times Robert did an excellent job explaining our different options and thoroughly answered all of our questions along the way. Throughout the entire process Robert was extremely patient, professional, and overall just a pleasure to work with. We first had our carpet replaced with a laminate and this time had them come back out to replace the carpet on the stairs with the same laminate. It looks great and they got the job done quickly!
