  These guys are the goto guys for any flooring needs, customer service along with the best pricing . Rudolph is amazing and very service oriented person. He gives all the time is needed and gives the best advice. He came home with the samples and was there for any advice and discussions. The best part was the pricing, a excellent price, for the good quality carpet. Kept things within budget.

  We have had good experience with EZ Floors since 2010. We’ve had projects with them in three different houses. Our sales rep, Solomen, was very knowledgeable and helpful. They have very competitive pricing and have shown commitment throughout our projects by starting and finishing them on-time. In our first house we installed wood flooring in four bedrooms and hallways. The installation crew did an excellent job and took good care of all of our furniture, walls and marble floor. In our second project, in another house, EZ Floors’ installation crew removed the existing tile in the entry hall, study, formals, family room and all hallways. Then, they installed laminated floor in all areas. Again, they did a great job in the expected time-frame and the work crew cleaned up everything before leaving. Finally, in our new house we did a major project. We installed wood and tile in our fireplace, wood and tile in the family room’ ceiling. We installed tile in our courtyard and pretty much the whole house except the bedrooms where we installed wood. They did an outstanding and beautiful job. We had minor issues and they were very responsible in taking good care of them. The crew came out immediately to repair a couple of pieces that needed attention and also cleaned spots on some tiles. We had an issue with the tile manufacturer and EZ floor personnel: Shawn, Mustafa and Gerardo stood behind us and helped us resolve it in a satisfactory way. In general, we are very pleased with their job and appreciated very much their follow up services. We would recommend them and will use them again for any future projects.

  Great floors at an awesome price. Rudolph is A+... vey accommodating and Amir is a fantastic installer. Great team; will use them again!

  I recently purchased luxury vinyl tile from EZ Floors and the experience has been super super great. Their prices are very very competitive (considering they are a brick and mortar store), and our salesman Rudolph is a very nice young man. I was waiting for the quotes to come in, and he followed up with me through the weekend even on Sunday. WOW. Each time I called or text, the reply is always very prompt. Great customer service from Rudolph. Both my husband and I loved working with him. Thank you :)
