  I am so thankful we found this Y. We have had such a positive experience here over the past year. I enjoy going to the classes, the instructors are warm and knowledgeable and my kids love the child watch. Everyone has been so friendly and welcoming, there is a real sense of community here, and the facility is always clean. I have never considered myself athletic, but there are classes, equipment and activities for all ages, abilities and bodies. My 5 year old takes a dance class here also, which has been worth every penny.

  Great facility! Friendly staff, and good equipment. Classes and instructors are very good. Also, the child watch is excellent with such nice people working there.

  I generally don't give out 5 stars unless a place really just blows the competition out of the water. That being said I almost gave this gym 5 stars. Its pretty real great. I've been one of the regulars at this gym since January 2018. I'm there a minimum of 3 days a week for at least an hour each visit, with most of my time on the weight room floor or in the small group training area. Saturday afternoon is one of the best times to train due to low traffic -- it's so slow that there are only a handful of people on the weight room floor. The gym has a great selection of equipment -- everything you'll need... including two rotating stair climbers (awesome). My single largest complaint about this place is how crowded it gets. I'm routinely training weekdays around 4 pm and sometimes I'm waiting for a bench or some equipment. I would suggest that management get a set of weights from the group X room and have them available on the weight room floor.
