Houston MRI® & Diagnostic Imaging - KATY

Our experience at Houston MRI in Katy was excellent! We were greeted and helped immediately upon our arrival by Shawn the Patient Coordinator. She took the time to go over the registration and was so helpful in contacting the doctor for additional information. Our tech was Nikki, who was also very kind and thorough. She explained the test to my daughter and made sure she felt as ease. These two ladies are awesome and we are looking forward to coming back to this location. Thank you Shawn and Nikki!!

Each one of my family members have used this facility and on each occasion the experience has been pleasant. Ms. Shawn at the front desk has always greeted us with a smile and is very accommodating if you need to reschedule or have any questions. Minimal wait time if you have an appointment. The facility itself has been newly renovated. I highly recommend it. ????

This place provides excellent service. Ernest the MRI tech is very knowledgeable, helpful was incredibly patient. He was THE reason I decided to get the service here. I had so many questions about the process and I appreciate him for taking the time to answer ALL of them. Bryan, the paramedic was great too. His enthusiasm was a welcomed relief and he’s efficient! Kudos to Houston MRI for such wonderful staff!!

Great experience and would highly recommend. I was very nervous going into my appointment since this was first ever MRI or imaging test in general. The scheduling process was a breeze and they worked efficiently with my insurance and in a very fast timely manner. Every call to follow up was beyond professional and always personable. The day of the appointment Shawn was very helpful, outgoing and sweet! The individuals doing my test were tentative and kept giving me updates on the duration left and checking on me. Contrast injection was a breeze as well and painless! Literally didn't feel a thing. This was a wonderful overall experience and I very much appreciate everyone allowing this to be a welcoming atmosphere in what can be a tense experience and a daily repetitive task for individuals working there.
