His knowledge about the body and your custom made workouts will have you looking great in no time. Stop by the gym it will become your last place to workout at ever.

He provided great insights about the qualitarian food life style and provided me with a very good diet to become both stronger and leaner. He's always pushing to get the best results.
Coach Kennedy is always cool, relaxed, patient with a smile on his face. Affordable training right on Westheimer!! -

(September 8, 2017, 2:23 pm)Having some recent back and knee injury's, I was concerned that getting back to outdoor activities would be challenging and minimal. In an effort to rehabilitate and get stronger I reached out to Coach K to see if he could help. Coach K is very different from most trainers you come across, as he lives by his teaching on a qualitarian lifestyle. After just a few session I saw a drastic increase in overall flexibility, range of motion and strength. His philosophy and lifestyle on nutrition is very insightful and refreshing and although not easy, has been very revitalizing to my overall well being. If you are looking for a lifestyle change or to push your mental and physical barriers I'd definitely recommend you contact Coach Kennedy.

At this gym they do everything from diet, weight training, mobility, you name it. Jay has transformed my life and has worked with me very closely to help achieve my results. HIGHLY Recommended

(July 13, 2017, 4:21 pm)This by far has been the best experience for me. I've had other trainers but never trusted a trainer this fast. I was so afraid to work out due to many physical issues but Coach Kennedy has been very patient with me and really teaching me how to eat. I just FEEL BETTER!! The energy in this gym is contagious. If you are looking for a place to help your regain your strength and confidence in what your body can do this is the place. Don't hesitate.. It's worth it!
