(May 25, 2017, 7:45 pm)I've never been one to work out, but the system at the koko gyms works for me. It's always guided and moves at my pace, and an coach is always available to answer questions (Daniel and the staff are awesome!). I highly recommend it!

It is fun, motivating, easy, fast, and effective. And, most important, the employees really care about helping you. If you want to improve you health you have to come to this Koko FitClub in Katy.
