  I highly recommend Andrew and The Franklin Team! They sold our house and helped with the purchase of our new home. My husband and I were thoroughly informed throughout the ENTIRE process. We were even provided a weekly market update which I found to be very informative. Andrew responded promptly to all of our calls and/or emails. Our closing time unexpectedly changed the day before and Andrew made sure someone was there. Everyone on their team is kind and so helpful. You can definitely tell their goal is to do what’s best for their clients.

  Sarah is an awesome realtor. She is very detail in her explanations. You know what to expect as she keeps you updated. Her team is great as well. They are prompt to respond to e-mails and phone calls. I highly recommend Sarah if you are selling or buying a home.

  This is our 3rd home to buy or sell through The Franklin Team. As always, our experience was terrific!
  
  We listed our house a few days after Thanksgiving and had a contract within a few weeks and closed at the end of December. The Franklin Team got it sold for us!
  
  Andrew has always been consistent, available and professional with us. He always gives us his thoughts on the market as well as his own personal opinions whenever we ask. I value that more than just a collective of numbers from several other homes that have sold in the area.
  
  Everyone in the Franklin Team office are professional and prompt to respond.
  
  We are building a new home now and are using Andrew and The Franklin Team for a forth time in 6 years. We would not consider allowing anyone else to represent us!

  Andy Gleason and the Franklin Team are absolutely fantastic! Andy sat down with us, explained all our options, and recommended a course of action. We received regular communication throughout the entire process and Andy and the Franklin Team achieved great results in a very short time. To say that we are satisfied customers would be a gross understatement, and we highly recommend Andy and the Franklin Team.

  Andy Gleason and The Franklin Team are literally a dream team. Professional, courteous and hard-working. After 6 months of no offers, we switched to Andy and his team and the house was sold within two weeks and a cash offer. The team is a well-oiled machine. Each person has a specific role and you know exactly what is happening each step of the way. We appreciated Andy's honesty and his way of doing business. Andy was present at both our closings, which we have never experienced before and we were every grateful for his presence! We had a really difficult closing on the home we were purchasing (with Andy representing us on that transaction as well) and he was with us from start to finish, making calls late into the night to ensure we would get into our new home. I would not hesitate to recommend Andy Gleason and his team.
