  I have lived at the Marquis twice over the past few years. The original management team would have gotten one star (or less if possible). This time around, I moved back here in 2018, the Management Team is amazing. They respond quickly to either an email or telephone message, which I really appreciate. All of the activities they plan make for an awesome sense of community. I met some of my neighbors at one of the events and since then we look out for each other. They cook meals for me and I for them. I keep an eye out on their place when they go out of town. I have not had any maintenance issues in the past year but I do know that the Maintenance staff is the best around. Above all, I absolutely love the location. Set in between beautiful subdivisions but yet has every type of retail available within a couple of miles.

  I absolutely love it! It feels like home. The staff has been so attentive to any
  needs and concerns from the moment we inquired. The community is quiet, clean and maintenance has been very prompt. As far as the floorplan, I love the openness! The windows allow natural light to come in and there's plenty of lighting indoors for evening or entertaining. I love to bake and the kitchen offers plenty of counter space.

  Following the sale of our house we have moved here on a three month lease as we are relocating overseas. We could not be happier! The leasing team were incredibly accommodating and helpful in getting us the apartment we needed. The neighborhood is friendly, safe and well maintained and the facilities are superb. We are also close to a fantastic school which we can walk to each morning plus there are lots of children here for our son to play with. It's almost like being on vacation. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone.

  One good thing I enjoy and appreciate so much is the Maintenance team especially Juan one of the Maintenance guy. I have lived here almost 2years and all Maintenance request are met fast even on weekend they still provide solutions. he is so knowledgeable, Neat.... not bad attitude even when you ask too much.. thumbs up to Juan.
