Dr. Rai is excellent at her service, and all I can say is she is great at her job. And the wait time is zero as per my experience since the last 3 years. All the staffs are so helpful.

Dr. Nelms was our pediatrician for 18 years, I didn't think I would find another as great but Dr. Rai has exceeded my expectations. She listens to your concerns and truly has your children's best interest at heart. I never feel like I am not being heard or rushed out the door. So hard to find doctors these days that seem to care and Dr. Rai is one of them. Very happy with her!
The best pediatrician I have ever taken my children to. Very personable,
and responsive to parental concerns. Easily establishes rapport with the children and she extends that warmth to the parents as well. She is not just concerned about children's immediate health, but aims for their overall health and wellness. I am so glad we, the family, found her to care for our children.
