if you sit in the office working in front of computers all day, besides you need a great massage therapy to relax your muscle and improve your range of motion, you definitely need more exercises to stretch ! -

(December 29, 2018, 4:40 pm)A shout out to John(with glasses). I've been in the military for 6 years year and I usually bounce between gyms while on leave with free passes. This time being home, John(who I've never met in my life) was kind enough to extend my 3day pass for my leave period. Grade A customer service and if I lived her permanently I would defneitly get a membership here.

(November 25, 2018, 5:11 pm)Left 24 hour fitness for about a year and decided to come back and go for the super sport membership. I have a sport located right next to my residence and decided I would split locations throughout the week. After visiting this gym I immediately took back what I said and will be exclusively coming to this location. Super clean, super modern, and very friendly staff that showed me around on my first visit.
