Customer service is pretty good, however Home Depot has better prices
The best and nicest Lowe's store in Houston.
Always fast, in and out easy. Competitive prices and good customer service.
They had what I needed at the sale price whereas their PRIMARY competitor had it in the specific color I needed but that color WASN'T on sale!!! Not only that, Lowe's loaded if on a cart and then into my car after I paid for it (I am handicapped). Both the sales lady and the loader were very helpful and courteous. I am so impressed with Lowe's.
