  This is a great program whether you are starting to exercise or have hit a plateau and need to push past it. Great facility and awesome coaches. They helped me achieve phenomenal results. The coaches are great at breaking down movements and creating a positive environment. Michelle and John are excellent at motivating a person to push themselves but at the same time making sure you don't overdo it. Check this place out.

  I am very grateful for being introduced to Iron Tribe 6 week challenge. As a busy working mom of 3 under the age of 6, my health had definitely taken a back seat. I have tried multiple fad diets to lose the baby weight, non I could realistically sustain. I am not going to lie, walking up to my first session I was super nervous as I was very unfit! Iron tribe is a supportive atmosphere that works with what ever fitness level you are at, I felt nothing but support during all my work outs. One of my favorite parts is the focus on proper form for ALL the exercises that they do. I have learned that I was doing a lot of exercises the wrong way. The meal plan is easy and I see as something I can easily continue as a lifestyle change. Now that the 6 weeks are almost over, I am leaner, stronger, and must admit I am actually enjoying working out....even at 5am. ;-) My kids have started to call me strong mommy, I proudly now wear the title of Super Mom!

  I started at Iron Tribe-Cinco Ranch with my 6 weeks challenge and loving it. The workouts are very well designed and instructions given is amazing!. I was not in my best shape but the coaches encourage you from wherever you are to go to next. I am almost done with my challenge and I have gained strength and scale shows I am loosing weight. The studio is always clean and has everything you might need before and after workouts. The food plan they gave is simple to follow even if you might have dietary restrictions like me. Coaches work with you and give you the best of your experience. I would highly recommend Iron Tribe, Katy out!

  Iron Tribe Katy is a great gym. The coaches are very supportive and want to see you reach your goals. They push you each time to be a better and stronger version of you. The instruction is amazing and exercise can be modified to meet each individual at their specific level of ability. It is amazing to see so many different people with different abilities and shapes and sizes all in a class together getting stronger and encouraging each other along the way.

  I am just finishing up my 6 week Challenge at Iron Tribe-Cinco Ranch. I have thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The meal plan was straightforward and the workouts are fun, fast paced, and challenging. The coaching is phenomenal. I reached my goals and now have new goals!! I recommend Iron Tribe Fitness to anyone wanting a life changing fitness program.
