    Dr. Bird is gentle and thorough, going through what changes have occurred since last time and what is necessary for this visit. The staff is very helpful in the selection and configuration of glasses and frames, making sure that all the costs are understood, and the insurance benefits are clearly explained.

    Dr Bird, Brianna and Jessica were very helpful and informative without being pushy. I really appreciated their service both for the routine examination and the selection of frames. Staff also advised on a pair of sunglasses I was purchasing separately to ensure it was a tax efficient purchase.
    They use all communication formats: booked appointment on their website, confirmed via email, appt reminder by text and notification across all media when my glasses were ready for collection.
    I used EyeMed insurance.
