Owner, staff & workout members are all so friendly. The trainers are well trained. I love their training methodologies. The classes are challenging & diverse & the facility is clean.

I have tried many many different places to work out past years, all over the world and this is the place where I finally want to go! Trainers are amazing and they want to help you and be there for you!! Love it!!

(January 11, 2017, 2:49 pm)I love this place! I started in Nov with a 28-day pre holiday challenge and loved it so much I signed up for 6 months!!!! This is the BEST bang for your 30 minutes you can ask for!! Its women only, circuit training through stations working small muscle groups with larger ones to burn more calories!!! The trainers are very hands on and constantly watch and correct your form as if you we're being personally trained....AND they host fun theme nights to promote female bonding with WINE....
