  That place is so much fun and I love the sour blue one that I get that was in Texas I wish we had one here in Indiana but they probably wouldn't get much business here in the winter time

  I went to the drive through as we do every Friday and my wife and I always order an avalanche to share, the past three times I have ordered the lower half of the avalanche is just plain white ice, so do to past experiences I now request when I order, can you make sure the flavoring reaches the bottom half of the cup it hasn't the past three times so they will be conscious it has happen to me multiple times before and sure enough I drive home and share with my wife only to get to the lower half and see white plain ice. It's very disappointing, you all have to come up with some better method than only pouring the flavoring after you have created an over sized avalanche of ice, possibly pour once cup is filled half way with ice, or create a tool that allows you to make holes to make certain the flavoring gets to the bottom. A couple of suggestions, as a business owner myself I'm just sharing suggestions because the worst thing is to lose a customer and not know why.
  
  Update: After sharing my experience, owner Nancy DeFrancesco responded quickly and it was good to know they care about customer feedback and they address all concerns in their weekly meeting to continue to improve our customer experience! Thanks Nancy, I'm happy to report that since you addressed it in the meeting we haven't had any problems!

  Very clean; nice staff. We had a soccer team of young girls and they were very helpful and patient.

  I LOVE this location, but the hours don’t work for me. I always drive to the Sugar Land location because they open at 12:00 pm. If only the Missouri City location could be open from 12:00 - 9:00 pm that would be FANTASTIC. The employees are super fantastic! Always pleasant and polite. ????????
