  I have over 25 years of experience working in skilled nursing facilities, and also presently first hand experience because my mother has been a nursing home resident for the past 4 years, and is now a resident at Windsor QV. The Administrator (Veronica) and Director of Nursing (Pamela) at Windsor Quail Valley "Exceed" Expectations
  I cannot fully compliment the quality of care that is given to each and every resident, as I have had the opportunity to observe the consistency of care for the past several months. I am most thankful for their leadership and commitment to Quality Care. As it is this dedication that establishes a standard for their entire team of direct care providers.

  My husband needed 3 weeks of special medical care and then was discharged. Although the facility has many long term nursing home patients, this staff was still completely qualified to administer all meds, respond to all immediate needs, provide physical therapy for strength building, and respond with patience to pain. My husband completely recovered the predicted amount, and was discharged in much better condition with more strength from PT. His meds were completed correctly and we left on a first name basis with all staff and drs who attended. The administrators of the facility were all easy to know and open to all needs we expressed. Keeping in mind that many patients are long term care, out temporary visit was well orchestrated every day and provided us with a sense of safe care and new friends. Cheerful is the only word to describe the culture here and kind is the word to describe the treatment. Thanks to WQV rehab!

  I love this place, my brother has been here shortly after they opened and they take really good care of him. I give the 5 stars to the male nurse Jobi..

  The staff at Windsor took care of my mother-in-law until her death. They were very caring and made her feel at home. The facility is very clean and nicely decorated.
