    I had my CT scan of the chest on 12/19/18 at this location : Houston Methodist ER- Sienna Plantation Location. As I walked in the receptionist Davette welcomed us with her beautiful smile and checked me in without any wait time. The CT Tech Roshmy was just as nice, very professional and awesome customer service as well. The Staff at the Security Desk - Charlie also showed exceptional customer service . While I was having my CT scan , they made sure my husband was comfortable. Please commend them for a job well done : exeptional customer service.

    This Urgent ER is the best place to come. The staff and doctors are great and are always on point with there patients. I highly recommend this ER to everyone.

    Staff is very caring. The facility is comfortable and well staffed. The nice thing too is although they are an offsite, they have all the necessities to make a good prognosis.
