TV Mounting Houston

It's been 6 weeks of going back and forth with them. We dealt with a guy named Chris. The first 2 times he canceled because he was sick. Then it took forever to get a hold of him to come the 3rd time. Then he booked the appointment and didn't show up. Texted that evening that he ran late with another customer and rescheduled for that Friday. Shows up on Friday with the other guy, who was extremely sweet, but could only mount the TV and shelf and could not do the electrical. Apparently Chris is the only person that can do the electrical and he rescheduled AGAIN to come back the following Monday to conceal all the wires and do the electrical part of it. We've called him countless times and he just avoids our calls. He's extremely unprofessional. Now we have a mounted TV and shelf with the wires hanging everywhere and can't get a hold of him to complete the job. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!! We should've followed the red flags.
