We had a few leaky toilet bowls and a slow draining sink that they fixed very quickly. Also, we had a problem with a shower head they would drip when the bath water was running. After doing a few standard Replacements, the problem persisted. They investigated deeply into the system, even climbing into the attic to access the pipe work on the inside wall to avoid having to bust through tile and sheetrock, and found that evolve needed to be replaced because the Builder installed it backwards. They provided fair pricing and completed their work quickly and professionally. From minor to Major, J R plumbing can handle all of your plumbing problems! -

Raymond and his crew were able to come to my home and give me an estimate to replace a hot water heater within two hours of calling this morning, and then install the new replacement a few hours after that. Their attention to detail enabled them to discover a problem with my venting system that they were able to repair at the same time. They were able to replace in a few hours what I assumed was going to take a day or longer. Raymond did an outstanding job explaining all of the improvements that they were going to make with the new system over my 14-year-old junker that died.
While I would say they are affordable and competitively priced, it is the exceptional professionalism and service that earned them a spot on my speed dial for any future plumbing needs.
