Frontline Emergency Room (ER) in Richmond, TX

I am beyond impressed with the care we received yesterday. From the phone call and information Martha provided to the fast and efficient check in from Christina. Our nurse PHoung was so attentive. She took great care in starting my son's IV. Dr. Fitzgerald went above and beyond to make sure he was comfortable. I cannot say enough about the wonderful staff and clean facility.

If you must visit an ER, this is a great place. The staff is friendly and helpful. Our nurses, Phuong and Kristina, were the best. Dr. T made sure we were well taken care of. The facilities were extremely clean, which is great in a medical building.

I was so intrigued by the great customer service. I was greeted soon as I walked through the doors by Christina (she’s the sweetest). My nurse Ms. Phuong was THE BEST. Being a nurse myself, I can tell she knows her stuff. Dr. T was VERY informative and referred me to some of the TOP primary care physicians in town. Last but surely not least the radiology tech Chris was just the most nicest person I’ve ever met. I RECOMMEND ALL TO COME HERE FOR THE BEST CARE THAT IS OFFERED IN TOWN.

This is an excellent FULL SERVICE EMERGENCY ROOM right in your neighborhood. Skip the urgent care clinics around town. Offering MRI and imaging services on site they are ready to help.

The staff was warm and friendly - while being professional, efficient and helpful. The facility itself looks new, as it’s very well kept. Everything is very clean and orderly. The tools and equipment is new and all patient rooms are well stocked. They don’t seem to spare any expense to make sure you receive the best treatment and care.

Zelda, at the front desk put us at ease, and helped us through a few forms. Even came out to pick them up from us, and see if we had any questions or needed help. Friendly and very relatable.

Once inside our nurse, Jasmine, was also very efficient and helpful, she came and went a few times getting things ready.
Not very long after, our doctor: Dr Fitzgerald, came in and made us feel welcome and at home. She quickly gave us her diagnosis, and answered any questions we might have. Took very good care of us, and took her time with us. Not long after we were on our way.

I would highly recommend the care provided at this facility to friends and family.

Last night, Martha provided great customer service. She was very polite. I received the best care from Dr. Q and Nurse Kirstin. Kirstin answered all my questions. They made me feel comfortable and took care of my issue. Dr. Q called me today to check on me. I never had a physician to contact me after an ER visit. Great visit and great care.
