  I absolutely love this location! I love the atmosphere, everyone is so motivating and inspiring. The coaches are the best, especially Joselyn! She’s always pushing you and giving you heavier weights as appropriate. She gives you the confidence and boost that you need. Everyone is there for the same goal and nobody is judging you, you become a close family and that’s what F45 is all about. I highly recommend this location to anybody, just try out the 7 day free trial and you’ll see for yourself!

  F45 has brought my workouts to another level! The trainers are positive, inspirational, and motivating. They are always around helping with form and periodically checking in with you. This place isn’t intimidating at all!! You can go as heavy or light as you want. All fitness levels welcomed. You are encouraged to push yourself, but at your comfort level. I love the Bella Terra location and the people here. I enjoy every workout session. I tell everyone about F45. Please open more locations (especially in Louisiana since I’m between states!!). I always visit when I’m home.

  I have been to several F45 and this one is by far my favorite. The size is just right, not too many people at the same time/ not too large the space, so that the coach can pay close attention to every member during the group class. Also it is pretty new compared to those in Houston, so the equipments are still in good shape. The best part is the team working here. They know every members name and always happy to see you and are ready to motivate you to become a better version of yourself during the workout. They host happy hours and get together outside of workout hours for the members. More like a big family than a regular training club.

  I joined recently mainly because it was super convenient. My daughter takes dance lessons in the same complex. I told myself it was just temporary but I’ve grown to really like it here. The people are so friendly and very encouraging. Everyone is just trying to better themselves at all different levels, but none of us are perfect. It’s a great community that really supports you and your health. The classes are tough but in a good way! At just 45 minutes per workout, I can totally hang in there. I’m able to really push myself and the trainers help nudge you too. I highly recommend it.

  Such a great workout and well worth the money. The workouts change everyday and include challenging resistance and cardio sessions. The trainers are all very knowledgeable and push you to do your best all while focusing on proper form and technique. As a former college swimmer, these workouts remind me of cross training I did. The gym as has an awesome positive environment that encourages you to keep coming back!
