This place is incredible. I wasn't someone who worked out and decided to try CrossFit. I love that every day is a new work out. It's challenging, exciting, hard work, and totally worth the reward. I love this place! Toni is by far the best coach, ever. She has a way of really pushing you to be your best and making you feel like you've really achieved something. She's not like other coaches who scream and berate. She's encouraging and strong. She inspires those in her gym to do their very best - not because they have to, but because they WANT to. I started CrossFit 2 years ago and don't plan on stopping anytime soon. I look forward to coming here every week. There's a real sense of family, inclusiveness, and encouragement with all of the coaches and other CrossFitters. Even if you haven't done crossfit before, Toni and her team work with you to build you up to where you want to be. I thought it would be intimidating, but it's not. There's nothing but encouragement and positive vibes. There's also a place for your kids to hang out while you work out so you don't have to worry about finding a baby sitter. I would recommend this place to anyone - young or old, the experienced athlete, or the beginner. This is a place for anyone to come walk in and walk out afterward exhausted, but on fire.
