  9Round is great because time is never an excuse to not work out again. If you only have 45 minutes, you can still drive there, have an intense 30 minute workout, and drive home. The location is perfect! Once there, you never get bored. I've been working out at 9Round 4 to 5 times a week for a couple months, and I never have the same work out twice. The trainers are great. They give you personalized attention, make sure you understand each round/station, offer modifications or corrections if needed, and are encouraging. Susan and Tory go especially above and beyond.

  I'll be honest, I didn't know what to expect when I signed up. I received a deal on Facebook, and I was looking to change my workout routine up. I didn't think I'd last past the deal and didn't think I would still be here. Six months later Im here, and it's because of the unbelievably talented and hardworking trainers - Susan, DJ, Tori as well as Josh. The work outs are 30 mins and perfect for HIIT. They push you to do more and make you want to stay. If you live in Richmond/Sugar Land I would highly recommend 9 Round and specifically this location

  The staff and owners at this 9 round are great motivators, they are always available for questions and help. They push you hard every time you go and each time id slightly different so it keeps it interesting.

  The trainers provide amazing positive motivation. The workouts are never boring. Full body. Love it!

  I LOVE that you have a trainer with you at each station. They work with you regardless of your fitness level. The motivation, the facility and the trainers are AMAZING! I work across the street from 9Round, on my break, I go to get in my full 30 min workout! I come back to work FULLY energized! I LOVE IT! I’m happily addicted! I tell EVERYBODY I come across how wonderful 9Round is to ALL of its members.
