  First we enjoyed a very nice lunch at Lopez Mexican Restaurant which is right there at Gallery Furniture. I asked my husband if we could look at the store after lunch. I really meant just to look. I did ask about the location of the leather sofas because ours needed to be replaced. We started talking to Rip, who, it turns out, has a lot in common with both of us. He showed us several sofas, not with any sort of pressure. We actually really liked the first one we sat on and ended up buying it. We arranged to have it delivered the same day. The delivery was very efficient and so much easier than bringing it home ourselves. Having them take away the old sofa was also a great advantage for us. This was our first purchase from Gallery Furniture and probably not the last.

  Gallery Furniture has a great selection and absolutely no high pressure sales people. They are available for questions and extremely knowledgeable but they don't follow you around or try to force you to buy something. Also the prices are terrific!

  Best place to get your furniture hands down. They are very friendly and knowledgeable of everything in the store. Not pushy by any means. Great quality furniture and staff. Entire process was painless from hello to the guys packing it into my truck. Needs to be your first and last stop when you are looking for furniture.

  I love when I walk into Gallery Furniture I am not haggled at the door. Your employees always allow us to look around and are very knowledgeable when asked questions. Your products are superior quality. Everything I have purchased can be passed down to the next generation. Your products last unlike most furniture I’ve purchased at other places. I love the attention to detail in your real wood furniture and decor. I’m picky and as much as I search elsewhere I always wind up purchasing at Gallery Furniture. Thank you for great service, attention to detail in your products and quick delivery. ????

  First of all, we did not expect the treatment we received from the moment we walked in. Our sales person, Fabian, was not all over us, knew great details about furniture and explained everything 2 or 3 times so we understood. But the best 3 things we liked about Gallery furniture were: 1. that there was no pushing or pressure into buying anything. Fabian left us alone to discuss options, upgrades, etc. Literally, standing about 100 ft but always very attentive and alert to answer any questions we had. 2. That the financial guy went above and beyond to help us get the living room set we wanted, after he took over Fabian. We were able to get great deal in the zero interest , everything explained in a language we understood, literally, English and Spanish, and clarity. I believe he broke every rule, but had a very satisfied customer. 3. That "Mack" himself called us that same day after our furniture was delivered to make sure we were happy and everything was done correctly. The owner took time from his busy schedule to prove to us that we as customers matter. Plus, the bonus was that they waited until we were done and satisfied to close, although it was our fault for arriving late, 1 hr before closing time.
  I will definitely be going back to get more furniture in the future and recommend this store to everyone that I know. Yes, I agree sometimes prices are high, but the quality of the product speaks for itself. Thank you to everyone that helped us and took care that we received everything within 24hrs of our purchased and the furniture was flawless.

I witnessed the sweetest thing today. Our little great grandson, Cash (7 yrs old), was with us at the Gallery Furniture Store in Sugar Land (owned by Mattress Mack who did so much for everyone during Hurricane Harvey). It is not just another furniture store. It is the most entertaining store that I have ever been in.
