(June 30, 2019, 1:13 pm)I've had several vision appointments over the years with Dr. Chettiparampil and am confident with her exam and conclusions. The office staff have been flexible with appointment times. Dr. Chetti gave me a few boxes of contacts for testing at home to ensure I am happy with my vision changes. Her exam included the new OptoMap which takes an image of my retina to ensure there are no changes in my health. She even sent my records to my internist!

Also, the place is decorated very pleasingly and modern. I’ve been telling all my friends about it! My glasses came in super fast, and they consequently updated me on the process. Which I loved!

(February 26, 2019, 1:47 pm)I walked into honestly the most beautiful eye center I have ever seen. The colors scheme, chairs, floors cabinets, ceiling and even chandelier are very warm and inviting. It was like entering a high quality spa, but for your eyes. Then I met the staff and owners who were just as wonderful as I would expect at such a place. The place is clean and makes you feel less like a customer and more like a family being treated at home. The Dr. Chettiparampil and her husband Joe are so welcoming, knowledgeable and honest. My wife first went there to since to have a few things checked out and I had to go for something going on with one of my eyes. Dr. Chettiparampil had great bedside manner and helped me get sorted out with what was going on. I highly recommend visiting Richmond Eye Experts and see what you have been missing with high quality eye care.
