(January 15, 2019, 7:46 am)Highly recommend this place if you're looking to get in shape. The staff is awesome, the workout is intense and definitely produces results. I also love the fact that I'm in and out in about 35 minutes. You can start slow and work up at your pace. I love that this is a judgement free environment. Check it out!
(January 11, 2019, 5:43 am)I love this place! Get in and get out and your workout is done in 30 minutes! The instructors will push you to your individual limits and are always nice and fun.
(April 6, 2018, 6:32 pm)Fun, different and challenging workouts daily. I have so much more energy throughout the day after a morning workout! I have been attending three times a week since I started two months ago and have already experienced significant changes.
