  My wife and I leased a storage unit at this location this morning. I have leased several storage units over the years and from my perspective, Public Storage has put a lot of thought into this location and others like it. The individual storage units are all enclosed in one multi-level building served by multiple elevators. It is clean, has what I consider robust security including numerous video cameras, is very well designed, very well illuminated and is environmentally controlled which is important to me considering Houston's hot and humid climate. I note Gina processed our registration. She was very helpful and friendly and is an excellent representative of the Public Storage "brand".

  The storage room is clean and convenient. The price is the best around the area, too. The office staff is very nice as well as helpful

  This is a great storage facility. The employees are the main reason. I have worked for many months with Erin and Gina. They are personable, professional, and knowledgeable.

  I worked with Trinity to find the perfect size storage unit. She was very nice and helpful, and the facility as a whole is very clean and well kept. I would recommend this storage facility for anyone in the area for their great prices, cleaniness, and wonderful customer service.

  Great staff at Public Storage, they helped us get the right size storage room at the best price in the area. Also, much appreciated the extra help in finding a room close to the elevators, as I am not able to walk very far without some difficulty. The building was very neat and clean. I would definitely recommend this location.
