So happy to find that even in February (2019), they still had the desktop calendar I wanted for 2019. Everywhere else (including Amazon) was sold out. Fast shipping, great pricing, super happy and will shop here again.
Customer service was very helpful in answering my question. Book was in great condition and arrived on time. The suggestions I would make is to provide a tracking number in the confirmation emails; customers really look for that in a seller. Also, I think customers really appreciate customer service calls & emails that are replied ASAP. Overall though, I was satisfied with this experience.
Beautiful book....but it came in damaged. It appears that the shipping process was not very kind to the book. The front cover was ripped away from the spine of the book and the back cover was pulled but not torn away from the spine. But the rest of the book is in good shape. I received it in a timely manner. I do hope we will have a satisfactory resolution. I look forward to doing business with this company in the future. Thank You , Frances
Ordering was easy and this item was a great price. I was nervous when I didn’t receive a shipping number or way to track my package. I had reached out to costumer service and didn’t hear back right away; surely because it was the week before Christmas.
