The Villas at River Park West

I am so beyond happy with this property! Not only is this a nice apartment complex, the staff is whole heartedly amazing! Came across the manager Camila, and she is definitely in the right position! She truly cares about the place she’s running! Would recommend easily!!

I lived here from 2017-2022 and I will say this community, along with the staff/maintenance, is undoubtedly the best a tenant could ask for. The leasing office staff are friendly and attentive. They are quick to respond should you have any questions/concerns. Maintenance is also quick to respond to any maintenance requests. I would highly recommend The Villas to anyone considering this community.

I loved living here. Maintenance handles service issues immediately and in a timely manner. Front office staff are very professional, polite and prompt. Grounds are clean and very well kept. The only issue that I experienced was my car being broken into once in two years of living there. Security gates were also broken and open quite a bit. Other than that, I had a wonderful living experience there.
