“The teachers here are awesome, and it's a great place to learn self defense as a woman! (Men too of course!) We even tried out a kid's class for my son who unfortunately was just too young to really benefit (it was still a blast) but I really look forward to enrolling him when he's old enough. The teachers are really good with kids and I was genuinely impressed with how good the other kids were with the moves and how much fun they were having doing it. The facility is really nice and really clean, too. My friend and I are signing up to come weekly to really learn self defense and have a fun girls night away from kids ???? I highly recommend!!!”

The team of instructors and different styles makes for a very unique style of BJJ. They have former wrestlers and Judo players so the additional instruction is superb.
