  My search began when my husband and I started looking for a product that would function in the ways we needed. Ideal Security has gone above and beyond. The crimsafe screens are high quality and very durable, and are also very aesthetically pleasing to the eye. The owner, James, was very prompt and thorough during the entire job. From the first call and consultations, to the final install, the crew was very fast and efficient. Ideal Security is definitely THE company to use. Whether it’s your home, or office. You will truly not be disappointed in the product, nor service before, during and after install!

  We contacted Ideal Security to help us out with security screens on our exterior doors and sidelight. James, the owner is very polite, explained different options without trying to over sell. He completed the project professionally. We had a few adjustments post installation and he has taken care of them with no issues at all. The office staff is very courteous too. We are very happy to recommend Ideal Security for security screens.

  I cannot give a high enough rating for this company, the product, and the customer service. From first contact to final installation, Ideal Security has been a top-notch, professional company. We had Crimsafe security screens and doors installed on every window and outside door on our house. The screens are incredibly secure in terms of safety from potential break-ins, hail, golf balls, storms, etc. In additional, they have also functioned as a solar screen and we have seen a substantial decrease in our summer electric bills. With all that, the added bonus is that these screens are very attractive, do not in any way obstruct the view, and and extremely low maintenance. James, the owner, could not have worked harder to custom design, fabricate, and install our screens and doors. He is quite the perfectionist and did not complete the job until everything was perfect. We've had the screen and doors for about 18 months now and they are in perfect condition and still functioning as well as the first day they were installed. If you are looking for a trustworthy, reputable, hardworking, reliable set of folks to help you out with your security needs, look no further than Ideal Security.
