Called Mr. Vance this morning (Sunday) and Jonathan was at the house within the hour. He thoroughly explained everything and went above and beyond with everything he did with our AC unit. This company epitomizes honor and integrity. They made a customer for life.
Vance AC is a 5 star +++! I can’t thank Randy Vance enough for a late Sun service call. Our AC went out on Sun am. After waiting all day on a “guaranteed” same day service call from a different provider, they cancelled at 6:30p!
I searched for an alternative and called Vance. They were pleasant from the first call, arrived in 30 mins, and had us repaired within an hour at a fair price. Make Vance your service provider and you won’t regret it. Excellent service, and privately owned. Great company!!
My AC stopped working, on a Sunday no less, several hours before visitors from California were set to arrive. Vance sent out a tech within an hour of my call. It was the owner's son, no less. Not only did he get my AC fixed (it was a blown fuse on the furnace board), he also checked the refrigerant levels on my dual units, and reinstalled the panels that I had removed while attempting to troubleshoot the issue. He also informed me that I would probably see an improvement in cooling if I cleaned my condenser coils, which I hadn't checked since I moved in. It was an excellent customer service experience and I wish all companies were as responsive and helpful!
Our air conditioner went out on a Saturday in August and Mr. Vance came out within just a couple hours of the call and then quite literally went out of his way getting the parts store to open up on a Saturday evening, and let him get what he needed to fix our a/c. Additionally he is such a nice man and very courteous. He did a great job at a fair price and had me and my family getting cool and comfortable again in our home within a matter of hours. Definitely recommend him and will most certainly be using him again!
The condenser fan draws in air from outside, through the condenser coil and finally up and out of the top via the fan. When your condenser is operating while mowing, dirt and grass clippings may become lodged in the coil causing restriction.
