  Really appreciated all the time and effort Philipp and Sam took to help my husband and me feel comfortable with what we were doing in our home (entire first floor replacement of glued down engineered hardwood). They both took time to help us understand the whole process and they continued to work diligently until we found the product that we were looking for. Both are very creative, helpful and knowledgeable. They are both kind, caring, and empathetic to homeowners who must undergo restorative work for damaged homes. The team who came to prep the floors for demo, the demo team, and the installers all did an amazing job. Each person on the team is kind, courteous, personable, and took care of our home as they would their own. They covered EVERYTHING with plastic, including the stairs and all the openings to the upstairs to prevent dust from the demo to pass upstairs. They were all very skilled and hard workers, working very long days to minimize the amount of time our family spent away from home. None of the workers smoked, used profane language or even listened to inappropriate music. I really appreciated all that they did and the fact that they were genuinely good people who I would want working on my home. I am happy to recommend or refer anyone to Floor Coverings International and will use them in the future (we are scheduled to have some more work next week with them).

  We were in Dire need of new flooring. We had needs ranging from texture for our Great Danes to walk/run on, as well as for us to have that extra grip so we wouldn't fall, since we have orthopedic issues. My husband and I had our heart set on stone.....our favorite stone being Marble.
  HOME Advisor referred us to Floor Coverings International Missouri City. We are older, and we are apprehensive about having strangers in our home. My friend told me about a really nice couple who started a flooring business. She gave me the contact number and she assured me they would do good work, and the price would be right. I called, and Norma made an appointment for JD to come to the house.
  Enter JD& NORMA! When we met them and our Danes and Macaw met them, it was "love at first sight" for our little family. They measured the house then GAME'S ON!
  JD brought what he thought would work. There was no pressured selling, he was so patient, and most of all , JD & NORMA LISTENED TO OUR NEEDS , not trying to sell what they wanted us to buy. We picked our dream floors with the help of JD & NORMA.
  Floor Coverings International Missouri City answered EVERY QUESTION, and they were so patient!
  The flooring was installed last week. The men who installed the floors were GREAT! They were detail oriented from the start of this job until the end of the job. The job was supervised from day 1, until the last day. We didn't have to come to the house but we were so excited we came a couple of days. Today, JD came by the house with a mechanism that will tell you what color paint is on your walls, and color chips so we could pick colors for our next project.......painting the house!
  Floor Coverings International Missouri City will be our go to for our Flooring needs!
