Dave, his designer and crew remodeled three bathrooms in my home. As soon as they finished the first two, they moved on to the master bath. They were there everyday and left the work area neat and clean. Ana Lisa, his designer, helped me with tile, sinks, paint, hardware and countertops. She has a great eye for color. I am very pleased with their work, especially the tile. It is beautiful.

We used Dream Maker to completely re-do our large master bath…down to bare studs in some spots. We wanted to upgrade our 1989-vintage bathroom to a pretty high-end look. We looked at several companies, but finally settled on Dream Maker because of their openness and customer rapport, and stayed with them because of their detailed planning and communication (which we value highly). Overall, we would certainly recommend Dream Maker, but keep in mind that they're not a budget outfit. If you're looking for Walmart/Target grade work, then don't bother paying these guys the extra dough. With Dream Maker, you'll get Saks/Neiman Marcus grade work (and pay for it too).
General grades are below. Please keep in mind that we're REALLY HARD GRADERS…..a C still means that the category was better than most other outfits….just not up to our expectations for a high-end outfit like Dream Maker. Anything in the A category exceeded our expectations, and the B's met our expectations.
Customer Service & Planning: A- (overall great, with minor misunderstandings…as often happens)
Demolition/Rough-In: A (fast and accurate)
Tile Work: A+ (top notch….have never seen better)
Granite Work: B (well done overall, but did't the subcontractor never mentioned they cracked the slab)
Painting: B+ (top grade painter, but follow-ups were done by second-stringers)
Glass: C (their glass guys were either distracted or the B team…had to re-do one shower wall)
Cabinetry: B+ (great selection & installation…a bit to be desired following up on loose ends)
Plumbing: A (nothing to complain about….did some very complicated stuff for our shower)
Fixtures Selection & Installation: A (great customer service in making sure the look was perfect)
Punch List/Finishing Touches: C (It took too long to finish up the loose ends...I think they might have gotten tired of us toward the end)
Overall Customer Service: A (Kristen, David, Freddy, and the crew were great!)
Value: B (total bill was appropriate for the scale of project we did with them)
David and the crew over at Designer Bath & Kitchen are fabulous. They have been active in the NKBA for years, and are very involved in the industry. They have a very cool array of product choices in their showroom, and anyone looking for a quality outfit to do their bath or kitchen needs to contact these guys for a proposal.
I hired DreamMaker to remodel a shower. They came out to discuss ideas and give recommendations. The entire process was explained and detailed in a written contract. I went to their showroom to choose tile and fixtures. They had a wide array of both from which to choose. The workmen who showed up were professional and took care to protect what they were not removing/remodeling. I am pleased with my new shower and recommend DreamMaker Kitchen and Bath to you for your remodeling needs.
