(March 21, 2019, 6:47 am)I took my lawn mower over to Eric at Action to get it repaired. He helped me unload it. I expected to have to leave it a couple of weeks. He squirted some stuff in the carburetor and did a few other things and had it going in five minutes. He gave me some hints on how to store the mower over the winter. Very nice man, Eric and I will return.

(August 1, 2018, 2:53 pm)The employees and customer service here is second to none. Eric and Steven exemplify professionalism, integrity, and treat their customers with respect. I visited their store today for repairs on used mower I purchased three weeks ago from their locate competitor only 3 miles away. The shop who sold me the mower refused to be of service but Eric repaired the mower quickly and literally refused payment for service stating that “ I believe that everyone should be treated with respect” Kudos to Eric and Steven and the staff at Action Sales and Service Lawn Equipment and Small Engines!!!!!!!

Dropped of my generator around 4:30p on Thursday 8/24 - Hurricane Harvey on the way and they called me at 8:30 same day to tell me it was ready. Don't know of many companies that would work overtime to get this done for their customers. Reasonable price for how quick they repaired my generator.
High praise for Action Sales.
