Will update my review once (probably still, based on positive reviews) I go there for (first) some basic dry cleaning. Update: Upgrade (3 to 5 stars)! The lady is very nice and... she actually counted back my change correctly, i e. up to the $20 bill from what I owed - that's always a winner in my book. Also, 2 dress shirts and 1 dress pants, just barely over $5, seems good to me (been a while since I've needed dry cleaning).

(January 20, 2015, 10:50 am)I contacted QC for same day service, and while they do not provide it, the lady was very nice and apologetic. Based solely on her over the phone customer service, I will definitely bring business her way in the future. Especially since I have contacted about twelve other cleaners in a ten mile radius and the experience was VERY disappointing.
