  So I've been here a week now and so far things are great! Mallory is the BEST leasing agent in the world. Other than her ability to perform "Miracles" she is so sweet and friendly. I actually sat and witnessed small children get off the school bus and walk right into her office to hug her and tell her about their day at school. SHE'S ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!
  As far as the complex, the issues that I did have with my unit have been fixed. I haven't witnessed any bugs, but I do have an issue with kids from another building coming to my building keeping up noise on the weekends. The yelling and scream doesn't bother me, as they are children playing. The problems comes in when they are running up and down the stairs and through the walkway disturbing myself and my neighbors. I'm not sure why they will not do those things in their building, but myself and my neighbors had to have them leave from over here because it was ridiculous.
  Other than that I am in love with my unit and my neighbors so far!!!

  I just moved into my apartment and I must say it is beautiful!! I had the pleasure of working with Mallory and she was AMAZING. Mallory was very helpful from beginning to finish. Her amazing customer service played a huge role in me moving to Cascade. My move was a smooth process and the staff so far is great. I look forward to enjoying my time here.

  I just want to give a HUGE THANK YOU to MALLORY. She is down to earth very understanding. She has been a wonderful blessing to me & my family. I recently lost my mom in August and its still hard on me. But Mallory understood my situation and was able to work things out. I am glad to call Cascade home. I only been here a week now but I love it here so far. Keep up the FANTASTIC work Mallory. Aubrey is very sweet as well. I know I have told Mallory thank you many times. Thank you again Mallory, you have been a true blessing☺☺☺☺☺

  Overall, Great Place to stay! This is my second time moving here, and I would recommend for anyone looking for a nice and quiet community! Mallory did an excellent job with making my second transition into my new home smooth and easy! I appreciate her very much! I couldn’t be more satisfied with the customer service I got from Mallory and the other staff members at Cascade at the Fountains! Thank you guys so very much!!

  Wow ! What an amazing staff , especially my girl Mallory. This young woman went above and beyond to ensure that our move was quick and efficient. She was very informative and has the most beautiful personality! I couldn’t be more satisfied with the customer service I received. I felt so welcomed and genuinely cared for by Mallory. She went above and beyond her call of duty. I just moved here from New Orleans and had been staying in hotels spending $600 a week desperately looking for my new home at a reasonable price. Mallory went out of her way to get myself and my husband moved in our apartment in less than a week and gave us a special on top of that. This was hands down the best customer service experience I’ve ever had in my life. Mallory, we appreciate you so much!
