  I was so impressed by the reviews here that this company was the only one I contacted. The price was very reasonable and included an upgrade on the paint (which I wanted) and priming/painting my security screen door.
  
  I was trying to get the house done in between leaving one job and starting a new one, and Chris got me scheduled very quickly. His crew did a very thorough prep and a good job of painting. Chris came by both days and when I called with a question he returned my call immediately. We walked around the exterior while the crew was still there to check and see if anything needed to be "tweaked" before they left.
  
  Very reasonable price, fine job and an excellent result. I would not hesitate to call this company again.

  We recently hired Newbill Painting and Construction to paint the exterior of our house, our metal fence, two gates, and stain a door. First, let me say that it took months for us to actually get approval from our HOA and Chris Newbill the owner was extremely patient during the process. He always stayed in contact, but not too much! We obtained multiple bids and, while Newbill Painting wasn't the lowest bid, it was Chris's responsiveness and professionalism that ultimately tipped the scales in his direction. Throughout the process, Chris and his crew made every appointment and schedule they gave us. He communicated constantly and we always knew what was happening. At the end of the job, it took a couple of days for our schedules to mesh so we could do a final walk through and, unlike other contractors that we have hired, he wanted to be 100% sure we were happy before we paid the final balance. Overall, it was a great experience and we would not hesitate to hire Newbill Painting and Construction again. Highly recommended!

  Chris Newbill provided excellent service. I have a rental property that needed exterior painting. I scheduled several painters to give me a quote and Chris was the only one to show up on time without rescheduling or cancelling. He provided a quote in the mid-price range. I explained to him that it was a rental property and that I have a budget and that we can not deviate from that budget. Chris understood my needs. He did an excellent job. His workers showed up on time; they provided a clean painting job and did not require me to clean after they left. There were no cigarette buds and they did not smoke on the property. The painting of a two story home, approximately 3000 square feet, was completed in two days without any delays. There was excellent communication due to scheduling between the tenants, Chris, and myself. It's been a long time since I've received such great service which is the reason why I have taken my time to give such a great review. I will recommend Newbiil Painting and Construction LLC to anyone who is looking for professionalism and quality.

  I'm so glad I went with Newbill Painting and Construction LLC!!!
  
  Their communication was perfect, between Joy at their office to Chris the owner and his painting crew, specifically Mike. It was easy to get a bid and their price was very competitive.
  
  During the job, his staff was on time, always working, polite, and respected our home. In the end, they did a great job, they made sure to do any necessary touch ups, and left our home as they found it. They didn't even throw their used supplies in our trash and rather took it with them.
  
  I highly recommend them and will use them again for future projects. Thanks Chris Newbill and his staff!!!
