  I visit Sugarland Rehab Hospital yesterday and was greeted by a nurse to find the room I was looking for. Later, that same nurse appeared in the room picking up the tray and taking out the trash. I looked at the nurse ID badge and noticed Crystal RN. I asked her why is she doing that, shouldn't someone else be picking up trays and taking out the trash? Crystal replied, " Sir, it is called team work, we all work together here to provide great customer service." WOW, I was shocked due to the fact that other RN's at other hospitals would not have done that. Even thought this young lady is a license nurse, she did not think she was better than anyone. YOU ROCK CRYSTAL RN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  I highly recommend this hospital after witnessing top notch service recently! There was a problem occurring with another patient while I was visiting a friend there. One nurse particularly stood out to me that was taking charge and handling the problem; I asked her name and she stated it was Crystal. I also noticed that the CEO stepped in to help. This is what I call team work and great service!!!

  On Wednesday, I was visiting the facility because I had heard about how great it is via other individuals. There was an incident with one of the patients and I couldn't help but see one a young lady sworn into action and exemplifying the great courage our men and women put forth with the healthcare field. She gave precise orders and was VERY knowledgeable of every necessity needed for this incident. I commended her personally and had to ask about about her as a person. She explained she has obtained several degrees,, (an Associates, 2 Bachelor's, and a Master's) equipping her for situations of such.. Krystal and the CEO did an amazing job. Keep up the good work! I couldn't go without leaving this review.

  Great place. There was an RN by the name of Crystal who took care of my mother while she was there. I was very blessed to know that Crystal was my mother’s nurse. She was nice, respectful, and very cheerful. The therapy team was also wonderful. My mother came in not able to walk and left walking. I am going to recommend this rehab to all of my family and friends. Great experience.
