UPDATE... I was awarded a refund. Mylan made a deal with the pharmacy so that they got product to replace what was lost and the I got my $ back. Thank you Mylan for stepping up. Much appreciated.

I was prescribed their lidocaine patch by an ER doctor. I picked up the prescription from the pharmacy went home showered and dried my skin. Waited 30 min to apply patches to ensure that my skin was dry and the patches would stick. Took 1 patch pulled the clear sticker off and applied the patch to my shoulder. The patch would not stay on. I've seen kid stickers with more stick than this patch. So I then called the company to see about a refund. Talked to a nice young lady. She took all the needed info. The following business day I received a call from the corporate office. I was told that because I had insurance I could not be issued a refund but they would call my pharmacy to see if they could work out a deal to get me something else that was similar to the original prescription. ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!!!!!!! Did I just get punished for having insurance. This is completely unacceptable. So there went $35. I dont have $35 to waste.
