(January 31, 2018, 1:05 pm)I have had a very positive experience Renting Storage Space at Southwest Storage for over a 10 years. Management and staff are extremely professional and easy to interact with. The facility is kept In a like new condition. I can recommend this Storage facility to anyone in need of storage space. Other Storage businesses I have used cannot compare to Southwest Storage.

(May 18, 2017, 4:18 pm)I used them about two years ago, it was very clean and very well maintained. Ended up going down the street cause I thought I was getting a better deal. BIG MISTAKE! I've never had anyone be anything but helpful and nice to me.

(January 3, 2017, 2:42 pm)I can't believe the negative comments! This place is one of the nicest, CLEANEST, most AFFORDABLE storage units I've ever had! The two women I met upfront were nothing but nice and helpful, and accommodating.
I think they do a great job running that place.

We lost of of my kids baby things cause of water damage plus our band new matresses & box frames that were only in there for a few months & our couches had been torn up from rats & had rat poop & pee all over them.
