  We just had the best experience with this company! They showed up at the time they said they would show up. They installed our water heater and cleaned up in no time! I would highly recommend this company to anyone I know!!

  Steve was awesome in explaining everything to me. The plumbers showed up and got everything done in 1.5 hours. The pricing was the best I've found after getting 4 quotes. 700 dollars cheaper than a comparable system from Home Depot.

  Absolutely the BEST!
  I had a prior commercial experience with Steve, so knew I could trust him with my home. He took EXCELLENT care of me!
  Anton and Carlos both SO PROFESSIONAL and knowledgeable. Respected my home, answered questions...just wonderful!
  I am not a fan of Rheem..but so glad it was these guys putting it in.

  I called last night about 7:30 and they helped me figure out (based on prices of tankless) exactly what I wanted to do, and then told me they could be there the next day and the plumber would call me in the morning. I got a call about 9:30 that said they would be there between 11 and 12. They were there right around 11:20 and they were done by 12:30. David and Luis, are top notch. Start to finish right at about an hour. Replaced the cutoff valve, re-plumbed everything, added a heat shield to the underside of the roof to bring it up to code, resealed the vent up on the roof, even oversized the drain pan because there was room to do so. They pulled a city permit so everything is legal. They kept everything very clean, and they went over how to light the pilot, and some technical changes from my old water heater to the new one. This place has good prices and does good work. I would definitely use again and recommend to others.

  On time to the minute. The appointment time was exactly as agreed. Not like many service companies who give you a “time window”.
  
  Informative, polite staff. you actually talk to people who have knowledge of the products they sell.
  
  Swapped out my old attic hot water heater like magic.
