  I have been receiving my CPAP supplies and equipment from Monitor Medical for many years and have had absolutely no problems with the company. Jason is always very professional and extremely helpful in providing me with my supplies, he is always available to answer any questions I have regarding my medical coverage and cost of my supplies..Jason has always been very efficient in processing any new prescription I may need to get new equipment or supplies. Jason always provide me with a copy of my prescription that he has faxed to my doctor. I know that not all individuals may agree with me, but you have realize that we all have different expectations from the service industry.

  Jason and his staff did a great job of processing my need for a bipap machine in a very timely manner. Was able to get all the accessories I needed at a very reasonable price (the things that Medicare did not pay for). Highly recommended.

  I went there and even after bad reviews from a long time ago...they were phenomenal! They were very professional and courteous as well as informational. The staff was warm and kind. I didn't have to wait, they were waiting for me. I really have to give them 5 stars for the visit. Thank you, guys!!!

  I was in Houston at MD Anderson from Georgia and I had forgotten to bring power supply for my CPap call Monitor Medical Inc. and they were very helpful in getting me what I needed so I could get a restful sleep while visiting MD Anderson.
