  Made a last minute reservation over the phone and zoomed to the place 15mins before closing on Saturday of Christmas weekend. So places around the area were sold out so this place was my last hope. Arrived to a line and one lady working the counter but she was doing her thing, quickly getting people checked in/out. I was surprised that not only did they have a rental available but I got nice upgrade since the full size wasn't available. Process was was smooth sailing, took maybe 5mins. I paid with a debit card and had no issues. Good price for the week compared to other places, definitely will rent here again.

  The customer service here is absolutely amazing! My husband and I had a huge disagreement deciding whether to extend a rental and even though it was at closing the employees were very patient and understanding, most definitely professional because I would have put us out! Lol Not one time did they get frustrated nor were rude to us. I've rented from this location for several years now and the customer service has always been greatly appreciated. I have no complaints here and I will definitely continue my business with them.

  Even though my rental car wasn’t ready until an hour later, they upgraded my car. The staff are friendly and helpful. They explained everything to me. Thanks!
