I had been to two foot specialist for turf toe or more specifically Hallux Rigidus of the right toe/foot. Nothing helped and I was told surgery was the only option but it might not work or cortisone shots which they said is not a long term solution. Dr Gallegos recommended Storz Ultrasound shock therapy. I figured it cant hurt to try. I did a therapy and the results have been incredible and I became quit angry that the two foot specialist I saw didn’t recommend this. It’s been a few months now and I my pain relief has been amazing and 80 percent of the mobility I had lost has come back. At this point I go Thrive and get their opinion before I go anywhere minus a medical emergency where I am going to the ER. I’m 50 years old and have been very athletic my whole life, but have been dealing with herniated discs in my lower back for the last 15 years. Over the years I have seen several physicians for my back issues, some of them were surgeons, others “back specialists”.
